📅 Return & Exchange Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in perfect condition to qualify.

🔄 How to Request a Return

Email us at info@lotties-loft.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide a return shipping label (UK customers only). EU customers must arrange their own return shipping.
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days.

❗ Non-Returnable Items

Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
Custom or personalised pieces.
Final sale items.

🚚 UK Shipping

Standard Tracked Delivery (2-4 working days): Free on all orders.
Express Delivery (1-2 working days): £5.
All UK orders are fully tracked and insured.

To make your shopping experience hassle-free, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for all EU orders. This means:

EU Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
